No. Yoo Phone Plans is an independent telecom consultancy. We are not associated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any UK mobile network or provider. That independence is the whole point of what we do.
How much does a consultation cost?
Our initial consultation and recommendations come with no obligation. We'll always be clear and upfront about any costs before you commit to anything, so there are never any surprises.
Do you sell contracts or SIMs yourselves?
No. We provide advice and recommendations only. If you decide to take up a deal, you arrange it directly with the provider of your choice, on their standard terms.
Can you help with eSIM and 5G plans?
Yes. We advise on eSIM plans as well as traditional SIM cards, so you can pick whichever suits your phone — many newer handsets let you activate an eSIM in minutes with no physical card. We also compare 5G SIM deals and check which networks deliver genuine 5G speeds at your postcode.
Do you cover new phones and upgrades?

Can I keep my current phone number if I switch?
